Genuinity of Details
It’s mandatory for candidates to submit their own original details. Genuinity of candidate’s information will be checked and if found contradictory INICIO Jobs App has every right to suspend him/her from INICIO.

All the jobs posted by employers will be published only after admin verification. This avoids all kinds of fake job vacancies and helps to produce genuine information.
Exam Criteria
INICIO Jobs App does not guarantee job for all candidates attending INICIO Exam.
The end result depends on various factors, including performance of the candidate, employer requirement, technical excellence, etc.
During the exam, you will be strictly monitored by mobile audio and video recording. We assure that the recordings collected will only be used for INICIO test evaluation purpose.
INICIO Jobs App will not concern with any issues (closing exam window, calls during exam time, empty phone battery, inept internet connectivity, etc.) that arise during the exam due to your failure to comply with our instructions and rules.
Validity
If the candidate appears for another INICIO exam before the termination of score validity, the new score will be considered for employment purpose.
Cancellation Policy
If under any situation, the candidate backs out from INICIO exam, no refund is applicable for the candidates.
Refund is allowed only if the event is cancelled or postponed by INICIO Jobs App.

Employers are held responsible for job posts and other vacancy related updates in INICIO Jobs App.
Candidates are shortlisted depending on the INICIO exam scores. No other criteria for filtering is entertained.
Employers are not allowed to demand or negotiate any kind of training or recruitment fee from candidates.
It is the responsibility of employers to verify all the certificates and background of the selected candidate, as INICIO Jobs App will not be held responsible for that.
